We love margaritas.
We don't love the syrupy drink you're usually served in a bar, so we've come up with our own, very fresh, very delicious skinny margarita recipe.
In the spirit of Pelli, we want to share it with you.
In a cocktail shaker add:
Juice from 1/2 Orange
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Juice from 1/2 Lime
2 Tablespoons of agave syrup
1 jigger (2 oz or 50ml) Cointreau
2 jiggers (4 oz or 100 ml) gold tequila
Ice
Gently shake the mix and pour into an 8 oz (200 ml) cocktail glass and serve with a smile. Make 2 servings.
Note: Salted glass rim is optional. This drink, while sweet, is way less sweet than the usual margarita-from-a-mix cocktail and we've found the salt unnecessary.
